Visionary David McDonald has worked his way up to President and Chief Operating Officer. Upon graduating from Iowa State University with his degree in animal science, he joined OSI Group and has dedicated himself to advancing agricultural education throughout his career by remaining active in the Agricultural Entrepreneurship Initiative even arranging a trip for Iowa State University students in 2011 to visit the OSI plant in China. Forever an ISU Cardinal fan, Mr. McDonald lives outside Chicago with his wife and six children-two of whom currently follow in his footsteps at ISU.
